Michelle is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience across diverse industries including charity, financial services, music and retail. A recognised leader in her field, Michelle currently serves as Chair of the Telephone Preference Service and is an active member of The Responsible Marketing Committee, under the DMA. Before becoming a Data Consultant with We Are MC², her roles included serving as a non-executive director for The Data and Marketing Association, where she championed ethical data practices and advanced governance standards.
As Chief Data Officer at Age UK, Michelle was responsible for driving a significant proportion of the organisation’s £110m revenue by using data driven activity. She led a team that provided the a data driven customer journey across Age’s commercial and charity asks. Most recently, Michelle was Director of Data at PRS for Music, where she developed strategies to elevate data maturity and unlock the transformative potential of data for organisational success. Her work consistently delivers substantial benefits by aligning data strategies with broader organisational goals.
